Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes! Our professional cleaners will bring their own supplies and equipment for the job.

What is included in the flat rate maintenance cleaning?

Our cleaning services typically include dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen and removing trash. We can also customize our service to fit your specific needs.

How much will this cost?

We charge a flat rate based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home. Just select the number during booking and a price will be indicated.

Do I need to be home for the cleaning?

It’s not necessary, just leave a key for us and let us know how to access your home. We will clean and lock the door after ourselves.

Are your cleaners trained and insured?

Yes, all of our cleaners are trained and insured. We take the safety of our clients seriously and our team members are screened and trained to ensure they provide the highest quality service.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my cleaning?

We offer a flexible rescheduling option which gives you 24-hour notice to let us know if you need to reschedule your appointment. If it is after the 24-hour period we do charge a $60 rescheduling fee.

Do you service my area?

We offer our services throughout Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Glendale, Culver City, Burbank, Pasadena, Santa Monica, Brentwood, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning service please let us know within 24-hour of service, and we will make it right. It is what we love to do.
